Director of Food and Beverage- The American Hotel

We are looking for someone with a passion to lead and strong attention to food quality, training, and providing an excellent guest and employee experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Previous experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Director in a full-service hotel
• Hilton background is a plus.
• Responsible for overall operation of food and beverages, bars, and banquet departments delivering quality service.
• Compliance of policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
• Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing for the department, hiring and terminations of associates all in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Works closely with catering and convention services.
