A fantastic opportunity awaits for Speech-Language Pathologists interested in supporting early childhood students on a contract assignment covering two maternity leaves. Two SLPs are needed to provide essential services in nearby school settings for the period of December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. This position involves working with a dedicated team, fostering communication development, and positively impacting young learners’ daily lives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Possession of a current, active Michigan SLP license is mandatory
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience working with early childhood populations preferred
• School-based experience highly valued
• SLPAs and VOCO not eligible for this position

Role Details & Responsibilities:

• Full-time position available in Stockbridge; part-time option in Dansville
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to early childhood students according to their IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to support student progress
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document student growth
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Effectively manage caseloads to ensure all students receive timely services
