This unique opening includes a full-time assignment in Stockbridge and a part-time position in Dansville, spanning from December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan (CCC-SLP required)
• Experience with early childhood populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• No SLPAs or VOCO (virtual-only) candidates
• SLP clinical knowledge specific to school-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and therapy services to early childhood students
• Develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans tailored to communication needs
• Document session activities, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
• Support inclusion through both pull-out and classroom-based interventions
• Adapt strategies and materials for diverse learners
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
