What You’ll Need:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Completion of SLP-CCC credentials
• Relevant school-based SLP experience
• Comfortable providing direct care for early childhood students
• Able to work independently; no supervisory or SLPA support
• Not a VOCO/virtual role; onsite service required

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to early childhood populations
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster positive, inclusive classroom environments through evidence-based strategies
• Navigate a full-time Monday–Friday caseload in Stockbridge, and a part-time caseload in Dansville
• Provide thorough documentation and progress reports
