Two experienced Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to cover maternity leaves from December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. In this role, you'll provide direct therapy and support services at two different locations—one full-time in Stockbridge and another part-time in Dansville. These assignments focus on early childhood caseloads, allowing you to utilize your specialized skills to foster communication development and academic success for the youngest students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active, valid Michigan SLP license (CCC required)
• Experience working in school-based settings, especially with early childhood populations
• Comfortable managing responsibilities without SLPA or VOCO assistance
• Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services for early childhood students, supporting their communication and language goals
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to deliver comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for student records and compliance purposes
