Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Experience working with early childhood or preschool-aged students considered highly valuable
• SLPAs and VOCO (virtual-only) candidates are not eligible
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students’ communication strengths and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
