Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused interventions tailored to meet clients' specific preferences and clinical conditions.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards, ensuring that all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

• Engaging in collaborative care with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the overall effectiveness of treatment strategies and solutions for clients.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and improve therapeutic practices.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community resources to empower them in their care journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The flexibility of virtual sessions allows you to address the unique needs of each individual, fostering long-term therapeutic relationships and facilitating healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
