Job Description The HR Generalist II is responsible for assisting the Human Resources team in the management of employee relations topics, including benefit administration and leave coordination. What you can look forward to as an HR Generalist: Partner with employees and management to implement various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Assist the Human Resources team in the management of employee relations topics to include benefit administration and leave coordination (STD/FMLA/LTD, etc). Conduct new hire orientation in coordination with the Global Talent Acquisition. Administer the exit interview process including drafting exit paperwork, submitting terminations in the HRIS system and conducting exit interviews. Support the recruitment process throughout the recruitment life cycle. Manage the payroll processes for site, including but not limited to: payroll review/submission, paid time off processes, and FMLA case management. Support immigration processes in coordination with the Immigration team. Create and maintain personnel files. Participate in HR staff meetings and attend other meetings / seminars in the organization as needed. Administer and/or support local wellness programs; encourage participation and local buy-in. Responsible for entry of employment data in HRIS systems, including myHRSuite HR Master Data module and Peoplesoft. Perform other duties as assigned. Your Profile as an HR Generalist II: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related field At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of HR (i.e., working as a Recruiter, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Manager, etc.) Knowledge of government regulations and employment law.
