ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of 10. Insurance has always been a part of my life as a second-generation State Farm agent. Before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member for my father, gaining valuable experience and learning firsthand what it takes to build a successful business.

I attended Baylor University and am a proud father of two boys. Family comes first in our household, and outside of work I enjoy sports and competition. I'm naturally competitive and bring that same drive and energy into the agency every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kevin Beach - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
