Join Shannon Health as the President of Pharmacy Operations
Are you a seasoned pharmacy operations leader looking for a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? Shannon Health in Miami, FL is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the President of Pharmacy Operations. This role will support remote work, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of all pharmacy operations within Shannon Health, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to regulatory standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes in pharmacy services.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee the budgeting and financial management of pharmacy operations, maximizing profitability while maintaining high levels of patient care.
Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to develop integrated pharmacy services that align with Shannon Health's overall strategic objectives.
Stay current on industry trends and implement best practices to drive innovation and excellence in pharmacy operations.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school
Valid pharmacy license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing pharmacy operations in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, standards, and practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
