Are you a seasoned pharmacy professional looking to take on a leadership role in a reputable healthcare organization? Look no further - Shannon Health in San Angelo, TX is seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our team as President of Pharmacy Operations. This position supports remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the delivery of quality pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance pharmacy operations and drive business growth
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of pharmacy services across multiple facilities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and medication safety
- Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
