Bilingual Litigation Paralegal

A well-established Personal Injury law firm in Montclair, New Jersey is seeking a Spanish-speaking Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation Draft, prepare, and file legal documents Manage discovery and maintain case files Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and assist with case-related matters Track deadlines and manage litigation calendars Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (Required) 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filings Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 – $80,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
