• $18.00 per hour
• 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm)
• Monday-Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor company, is looking for a Document Processing Operator at our Fort Worth, TX facility, to support leadership ensuring that all daily production goals, quality standards and service levels are met.

• All associates work extended hours during January peak season (hours can be flexible)

Your Responsibilities:

· Processing documents for scanning, batching, and data entry duties.

· Strong focus and attention to detail and observing the process for quality and accuracy in the documents and report specific findings to the Lead or Supervisor.

· Perform end to end document processing across all process functions for daily payroll checks.

· Demonstrate high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality standards to minimize rework.

· Safely operate mailing center automated equipment; to include troubleshooting and escalation any problems to the Team Lead or Supervisor.

· Operate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines.

· Be a good communicator and escalate observed issues timely and appropriately.

You Must Have:

• Previous experience in a Document processing production environment.

• Operator experience with knowledge about scanning and keying in data
• Highly detailed oriented – must be process driven and quality focused
• Good computer skills - able to train to use specific scanning and reconciliation software
• Basic problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate in English
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding all written job ticket information and job codes
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. with good stamina to be able to stand, walk and sit for an extended amount of time during the shift
