Senior Manager Sales Business Development (United States)

Hayagreeva Energy is expanding our commercial team as we advance next-generation liquid cooling and cold-plate technologies for AI, HPC, and high-density data center infrastructure .

We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional who can help build relationships with data center operators, server OEMs/ODMs, GPU/accelerator ecosystem partners, system integrators, and other customers in the advanced thermal-management market.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of B2B technical sales or business development experience

• Experience in the thermal-management industry strongly preferred , including liquid cooling, cold plates, heat exchangers, CDU systems, data center cooling, electronics cooling, or related technologies

• Experience selling to or working with data centers, server OEM/ODMs, semiconductor companies, HPC infrastructure providers, or technology manufacturers is highly desirable

• Strong ability to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, manage technical sales cycles, and build a qualified pipeline

• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on customer requirements, evaluations, prototypes, and product qualification

• Existing industry relationships and network are a significant plus

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-growing technology company

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business-development strategy

• Identify and engage prospective customers and strategic partners

• Build and manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement through technical evaluation and commercial discussions

• Work with customers to understand thermal, mechanical, and performance requirements

• Coordinate with Hayagreeva’s engineering team on technical proposals, prototypes, testing, and qualification opportunities

• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across the AI infrastructure and data center ecosystem

• Represent Hayagreeva at industry conferences, customer meetings, and strategic partner discussions

Position Details

Location: 100% Remote

Experience: 5–10 years preferred

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
