Senior Business Development Executive - B2B Sales

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Already earning six figures? Keep reading. We're searching for an accomplished SMB Business Development Professional who has built a reputation for producing results in the Dallas Fort Worth market. This opportunity is designed for someone who has spent years earning trust, building relationships, and creating revenue. Someone who is comfortable meeting with business owners, understands how small and midsized companies make decisions, and knows how to turn conversations into long term clients. We're not looking for someone trying to break into sales. We're looking for someone who has already proven they can do it. WHO WE'D LIKE TO MEET The strongest candidates typically have a history of: Consistently meeting or exceeding goals Building lasting relationships with business owners and executives Creating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting Taking on increased responsibility throughout their career Producing results while maintaining a stable work history If your career shows progression rather than constant movement, you're likely the type of person we'd like to meet. THE ROLE You'll spend your time developing business relationships throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area while working directly with business owners, presidents, CEOs, and other senior decision makers. This is not a transactional sales role. Success comes from credibility, consistency, and becoming someone clients trust when important business decisions need to be made. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business opportunities throughout the DFW market Meeting directly with business owners and company leadership Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities Leading discussions from initial conversations through signed agreements Expanding your professional network within the local business community Representing the organization at networking events and industry functions BACKGROUNDS THAT TRANSLATE WELL We are open to candidates from a variety of SMB business-to-business sales environments, including: Professional Services Technology Managed Services PEO Staffing Logistics and Transportation Financial Services Business Services Industrial Products and Services QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience Experience selling to small and midsized businesses Track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals Experience working directly with business owners and senior leaders Bachelor's degree preferred Current residence within the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area WHAT SETS THIS OPPORTUNITY APART Strong base salary Uncapped commission structure Current top performers earn well into six figures Established organization with a strong reputation Opportunity for continued career and income growth Leadership team that respects producers and rewards performance If you've built a successful SMB sales career, value long term relationships, and believe your best years are still ahead of you, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
