Litigation Paralegal / Senior Legal Assistant

Job Description

Location: Minnetonka, MN (100% Onsite) Pay: $65,000-$70,000

We're seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal or Senior Legal Assistant to join a growing law firm in Minnetonka. This role supports attorneys throughout all phases of litigation and is ideal for someone who can work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts
Manage court deadlines and attorney calendars
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial logistics
Prepare litigation documents and deposition notices
Organize discovery, case files, and document productions
Assemble trial and exhibit binders
Support attorneys with case management and trial preparation
Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and vendors

Qualifications

5+ years of litigation support experience preferred
Experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Litigation Secretary
Knowledge of federal and state court filing procedures
Experience supporting depositions, hearings, and trials
Strong organizational, calendaring, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required
Experience in civil, commercial, business, or constitutional litigation preferred
