The Big Picture Edibles.com, a high‑growth venture within Edible Brands, is seeking an Inventory & Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end inventory lifecycle across our direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce platform and Atlanta retail location. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role sits at the intersection of procurement, supply chain coordination, and e‑commerce operations—and is critical to keeping our business running smoothly as we scale. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for a detail‑driven operator who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. You will play a key part in ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency across all channels. Location: This role is based onsite at our Corporate HQ in Sandy Springs, GA, Monday – Friday. What That Looks Like Day To Day Inventory Management Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the Edibles.com ecommerce storefront and Atlanta retail location Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all channels Manage inventory transfers between locations and proactively flag and resolve discrepancies Ensure optimal in‑stock levels while minimizing shrink, waste, and operational disruption Procurement & Order Management Place and track purchase orders through NetSuite from creation through receipt, ensuring accuracy at every stage Coordinate with brand partners and vendors on lead times, shipment status, and delivery confirmations Adjust inventory records upon receipt and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Support partner onboarding processes related to product intake, documentation, and initial inventory setup Forecasting & Reporting Build and maintain inventory forecasts using NetSuite and supporting tools to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts Analyze COGS trends and assist in identifying cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities Provide regular inventory reporting and insights to the Director of Operations and cross‑functional stakeholders Support demand planning efforts tied to promotional calendars and product launches E‑Commerce Operations Assist in building and maintaining Product Detail Pages (PDPs) in Shopify, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory linkage Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability aligns with online merchandising and campaign timelines Identify and elevate operational issues that may impact the online customer experience Compliance & Process Operate in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements governing hemp‑derived products across channels Adhere to established SOPs for product handling, storage, and recordkeeping Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, helping build scalable systems as the business grows What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or operations Hands‑on experience with NetSuite (strongly preferred) or a comparable ERP platform Familiarity with Shopify or demonstrated ability to learn new e‑commerce platforms quickly Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; comfortable with data, formulas, and reporting Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a proactive, self‑starter mentality Comfort navigating regulated industries (e.g., hemp, CBD, cannabis, alcohol, or similar) is a plus Strong communications skills and ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred How You Work Detail‑oriented operator – Manages complexity with precision and holds accuracy to a high standard Proactive problem solver – Anticipates inventory and operational challenges before they escalated Collaborative partner – Works effectively across teams, including marketing, operations, and external brand partners Adaptable and resilient – Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities Data‑driven thinker – Uses metrics and reporting to inform decisions and identify opportunities Process‑mindful builder – Contributes to scalable systems and supports a culture of continuous improvement What We Offer Onsite work environment, fostering collaboration and relationship building with peers, cross‑functional partners, and leadership The stability and resources of an industry‑leading company successfully operating for 25 years, with the agility and innovation of a startup, allowing you to make a significant impact and shape our future Growth & Development – Each team member has visible and immediate impact on the business, offering abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth as we scale in size and sophistication Healthcare plans that include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K Plan, company paid life insurance and short‑term disability, flexible spending account options and more Paid time off, including sick days & holidays to support work‑life balance We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.
