Job Summary
Estamos buscando una Asistente Administrativa para una oportunidad temporera por contrato en San Juan, PR, dentro de la industria de seguros. Esta posición brinda apoyo administrativo y de servicio al cliente al departamento asignado, manejando documentación, comunicaciones con clientes y bancos, seguimiento de pagos, cancelaciones de pólizas y coordinación de información relacionada con cubiertas. La persona ideal será organizada, orientada al detalle y capaz de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico donde la precisión, la comunicación profesional y el servicio al cliente son esenciales. Esta oportunidad ofrece exposición a procesos administrativos de seguros, colaboración con equipos internos y la posibilidad de fortalecer destrezas en una operación estructurada, con enfoque en trabajo en equipo, apoyo de supervisión y mejora continua. Key Responsibilities - Redactar y enviar cartas de pago, certificaciones de cubierta, avisos y cartas de cancelación a clientes y bancos.- Procesar cancelaciones de pólizas, solicitudes de prima no devengada, reembolsos por endosos y gestiones relacionadas con SRO.
- Actualizar métodos de pago en el sistema y realizar gestiones de cobro por pagos declinados o devueltos mediante llamadas y correos electrónicos.
- Atender llamadas recibidas a través del cuadro telefónico siguiendo los protocolos establecidos de servicio al cliente.
- Recopilar inspecciones de vehículos asegurados en negocios nuevos y canalizar llamadas relacionadas con reclamaciones, cubierta y pagos.
- Registrar reclamaciones en renovaciones y realizar otras tareas administrativas según sean requeridas por un supervisor. Compensation and Benefits - Salario: $12.50 por hora.
