You will be handling Accounts Receivable for a small family-owned business. This involves taking orders by both phone and email, and interacting with our customers politely and professionally.  You will be working in a small office with a relaxed environment. You will be expected to help out or fill in for others when needed, just as they will fill in for you.   

Responsible for recording invoice information, entering in purchase orders, reviewing account ledgers for accuracy and correcting errors, preparing and filing basic financial documents, reconciling accounts by comparing bank information to records, organizing receipts, invoices and physical copies of financial documents.

Must have:

- Strong math skills

- Accounting degree or 5 years bookkeeping experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mastery of Excel

- Experience with QuickBooks or other similar accounting software

- Pleasant, professional voice for answering phones and taking orders.

Start time is 7am. Otherwise, hours are flexible.
