Office Operations Manager - Hands-On People Leader

Run two offices and lead 35 team members — a team that's yours. $100K–$120K base, plus bonus eligibility. On-site in Parsippany and Hackensack, NJ. You don't need to come from a law firm. What you need is years of leading, coaching and mentoring people to high performance.

THE ROLE

This role leads our Parsippany and Hackensack offices and our firm-wide Client Service & Consultation Team — the people, the performance and the culture of both offices.

THE EXPERIENCE THIS ROLE CALLS FOR

• 5+ years managing direct reports
• Measurable results — revenue, conversion, productivity, retention
• Everyday, hands-on use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and systems and processes improved with them
• Quick to adopt new tools and technology
• Within commuting distance of Parsippany and Hackensack, NJ

BIG PLUSES

• Built AI agents or automations
• Led a client service, intake or front-office team
• Salesforce administration
• Led more than one location

PAY, BENEFITS AND SCHEDULE

$100,000–$120,000 base + performance bonus eligibility. Full benefits with retirement plan matching: health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;
paid time off and holidays. On-site, full-time: about 3 days a week in Parsippany and 2 in Hackensack, NJ.
