Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive patient histories, identifying their psychological, emotional, and relational challenges.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing modalities such as structural family therapy and narrative therapy to address specific client needs.

• Develop and implement highly individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions designed to achieve measurable progress and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, therapy sessions, and treatment modifications in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in therapy and client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license issued by the state of Arizona.

• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities relevant to marriage and family counseling.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience post-licensure; experience in a community health setting is preferred.

• Bilingual communication skills are highly valued and considered a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
