Quality Analyst Sales Department: Quality Assurance / Sales Vacancies: 1 Reports To: Contact Center Manager / Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Monitor and audit inbound and outbound sales calls. Evaluate sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and process compliance. Identify process deviations, and missed sales opportunities. Provide feedback and coaching to improve sales quality and performance. Prepare QA reports, conduct calibrations, and track improvement actions. Requirements: Graduate is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in QA, Sales, or Contact Center Operations. Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and evaluation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
