Business Analyst

We are hiring multiple Business Analysts to support strategic initiatives across our Financial Services clients. In this role, you will work with business leaders, technology teams, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify business needs, and support successful project delivery in fast-paced financial environments. Responsibilities and technical requirements will vary depending on the needs of each client engagement. Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend solutions Translate business requirements into clear documentation for technical teams Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation Support project planning, testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities Create process flows, reports, dashboards, and business documentation Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions Perform data analysis to support business decisions and project initiatives Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution Ensure projects align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational standards Key Requirements We are intentionally keeping our qualifications broad to connect with talented professionals from diverse backgrounds across the industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field Multiple years of Business Analyst experience within the Financial Services industry Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience creating business documentation, process maps, and reporting Knowledge of banking, asset management, investment management, capital markets, insurance, or wealth management is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Whitridge Associates
