B2B Sales Account Executive

What You’ll Do Acquire new business and conduct customer visits in the field. Generate new revenue by hunting and prospecting within your territory through sales calls, networking, and relationship building. Interview clients to uncover needs and deliver customized, value‑added solutions. Maintain a proactive self‑starter mindset, generating leads independently via external networks, cold calling, and door knocking. Collaborate with your team from the assigned office location when not in the field. Actively hunt for new leads within the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks. Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid‑sized business customers and present tailored growth opportunities. Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long‑term relationships. Use consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to close deals. Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services to benefit customers. Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams of assigned complex accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Qualifications 2–5 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications. Proven ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets. Hunter mindset: relentless drive to seek out leads and close deals with resilience. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and satisfactory driving record. Experience with fiber broadband technology and mobility products and services. Proficiency in managing sales funnels and CRM systems. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary. Performance‑based commission structure: at 100% of target, annual earnings typically range from $88,100 to $109,700. Commission capped at 500% of target; high‑achievers can earn up to $225,000+ annually. $7,500 sign‑on bonus. Paid training. Medical, dental, vision coverage. 401(k) plan.
