Front Desk Representative

Insight Global

Frontdesk and cashier role serving as the first and last point of contact for customers. Responsible for greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and accurately processing all payments while supporting daily administrative operations in a fastpaced retail environment.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and route inquiries to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments and provide basic service or order status updates
• Process payments for services, products, and purchases using multiple payment methods
• Issue receipts, handle refunds, and respond to payment questions
• Balance cash drawer, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare deposits
• Perform light administrative tasks, data entry, and document handling
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer waiting area
Support events, promotions, and general showroom organization as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, or administrative support
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customerfocused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a highvolume environment
• Comfortable using basic office software and pointofsale or CRM systems
• Solid basic math skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends or special events when required
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Has dealership experience, or something transferrable


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
