Strategic Industrial Property Manager

JLL is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties in Dallas. You will develop annual operating budgets, manage capital plans, and present financial insights to leadership. You will conduct on-site inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure accurate tenant billings while maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants.
