Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children's development to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet each child's specific needs.

• Monitor ongoing outcomes as part of a collaborative team, ensuring that care is responsive and effective.

• Provide families with practical support and coaching, sharing evidence-based strategies to enhance children’s development.

• Stay compliant with all Federal and State regulations to maintain high standards of service delivery.

• Build rapport with children and their families, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for development.

• Utilize the natural learning environment practices to enhance educational experiences for children during service delivery.

• Implement IFSPs and recommend the frequency and type of services based on continuous evaluation of developmental milestones and family preferences.

• Share relevant information with families to empower them in supporting their child's growth effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, guiding them through essential growth stages during the critical first three years of life. Our work emphasizes cooperation with families to create an inclusive environment for children, promoting physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license that allows for travel as needed.
\n
• One year of relevant experience working in early intervention settings, demonstrating a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with families and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
