Time And Material Biller Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Time And Material Biller to join their client's dynamic construction team in Fresno, CA. The role involves processing accurate time and material billings, making it ideal for someone experienced in job costing, labor/material documentation, and construction billing processes. Responsibilities Process accurate time and material billings for construction projects. Manage job costing, ensuring all labor and material documentation is correctly recorded. Collaborate with project and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing operations. Ensure all billing processes align with company standards and construction industry practices. Provide support to the team with any additional tasks related to time and material billing. Qualifications Previous experience in time and material billing, preferably within the construction industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Proficiency in job costing and construction billing processes. Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Benefits Competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
