Back Office Medical Assistant
Genesis OB/GYN
Overview Desert Sage OB/GYN is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our back office clinical team with patient care. Responsibilities Patient intake and review of patient past medical, social, and family history. Serve as a clinical representative and work on behalf of the physician to provide patient care. Assist with medical procedures, injections, and reporting of testing results. Provide patient education. Benefits Full‑time position with a four‑day work week (7:30 am – 5:30 pm) and a three‑day weekend. Paid holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and a paid birthday. Paid time off (PTO). Health insurance with multiple carriers (UHC, BCBS, Aetna). 401(k) eligibility after one year with a 3 % corporate contribution and profit sharing. Qualifications Previous medical back‑office experience, preferably in OBGYN. Knowledge of Athena EMR and OBGYN practices.
