We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical team caring for adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions. This is a great opportunity to expand your clinical skills while working in a collaborative Level I Trauma hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care, medications, treatments, and monitoring as ordered.
• Supervise and coordinate care provided by non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
• Acute-care experience does not need to be recent
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license or compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• New graduates may be considered
