We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams in managing and optimizing Marketing Hub, HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub. In this role, you will help maintain automation workflows, assist with lead generation efforts, and ensure smooth integrations with other tools. We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams in managing and optimizing Marketing Hub, HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub. In this role, you will help maintain automation workflows, assist with lead generation efforts, and ensure smooth integrations with other tools. Responsibilities
- Support HubSpot operations by assisting in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub / CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, and workflows.
- Help set up and refine automated email sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and contact segmentation.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, automate follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in creating and optimizing landing pages, emails, and forms (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Generate reports and track key performance metrics to support marketing and sales strategies.
- Help troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and educate team members on best practices.
- Learn about new HubSpot features and industry trends to enhance our processes.

- A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one (1) years of experience or a High School diploma and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing, automation workflows, and CRM best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with data reporting and basic analytics.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work onsite at our office in Hoboken, NJ.
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, or CRM).
- Experience in IT consulting or a related industry
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, ZoomInfo, or Google Analytics.
