Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Providing comprehensive analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Ambulatory Analyst will implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure effective application functionality in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Analyze workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, making build decisions based on user preferences and business operations Develop and document procedures for system changes, ensuring thorough testing and communication of system issues Participate in training development and delivery, providing end-user support during implementation and troubleshooting inquiries Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience Epic Module Certification as required by the position In lieu of a degree, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience or a High School Diploma with seven years of related experience may be considered One year of Epic build and/or support experience may also be considered in lieu of the educational and experience requirements
