Maintenance Technician
Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide electrical and mechanical support across assigned facilities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining building systems, performing preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair building equipment including lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies in a timely manner.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify and address potential issues.
- Support office reconfigurations, furniture moves, and event setup/breakdown.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair projects.
- Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
