Founded in 1981, IEC has an exceptional 40+ year track record and is rapidly acquiring new communities, offering growth opportunities to great team members.Position Summary:IEC is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to work at our 144-unit apartment community in Redwood City, California. The Maintenance Technician must have experience working in an apartment community and strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members. Self-starter, work well with a team, take initiative as well as ability to take direction from others.
