National Sales Manager Industrial Equipment

We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for specialized hydraulic-powered equipment used in mining, excavating, dredging, hauling, and lifting applications across the U.S.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted prospecting, expanding share of wallet within existing accounts, and developing long-term customer relationships. The National Sales Manager will execute strategic sales plans, manage a national territory, maintain accurate CRM activity, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and close high-value prospects nationwide
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze data to guide sales activity
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial or B2B sales experience in hydraulic industrial products
  • Proven success in national or multi-territory account management
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills

Open to 50% - 75% travel

Compensation includes six-figure base salary + uncapped bonus potential
