Employee Relations Manager - Investigations & Policy Strategy

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to oversee the Employee Relations team, providing guidance on complex cases and ensuring policy compliance. This hybrid role will require 1-2 days onsite weekly, focusing on operational management and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a strong background in leadership. A Master’s degree is preferred.
