Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine each client's mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that consider their unique circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions by employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

• Engage in collaborative care with a multi-disciplinary team, consisting of psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Maintain detailed records by documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical supervision meetings and professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.

• Monitor and document the progress of clients throughout their therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain rigorous confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship difficulties, communication issues, and various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
