Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses for a diverse patient population.

• Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment, to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers—including psychologists and primary care practitioners—to promote a holistic and integrated approach to mental health care.

• Monitor patient progress through systematic tracking of treatment responses, adjusting plans as necessary to foster successful outcomes.

• Provide support for psychotropic medication management as prescribed, focusing on adherence, effectiveness, and monitoring of side effects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist is required, providing you with the hands-on experience necessary for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong base salary, our LCSWs are eligible for a sign-on bonus as well as an annual incentive bonus based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
