Job Title Business Development Executive – IT Services Location & Employment Type Fremont, California | Full-time Overview SoftSol is a specialized IT services and digital transformation company headquartered in Fremont, California. About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services portfolio, including software development, QA/testing, AI/ML solutions, and digital transformation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, events, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals. Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT services solutions: custom software development, QA & automation testing, AI/LLM-based solutions, cloud & DevOps services. Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. Work closely with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions. Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and deal progress. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales or business development in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of IT services (near shore or offshore), including software development, QA automation, cloud, and exposure to AI/ML solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently in a target‑driven, revenue‑focused environment. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to outsourcing and offshore delivery models. Familiarity with AI‑driven solutions, automation, or SaaS platforms. Experience in enterprise sales in health sciences and BSFI domains.
