Job summary
Our Greenville office is seeking a motivated individual for an Entry-Level Sales- Recruiter/Account Manager position. Candidates will build client relationships, conduct interviews, and match candidates to opportunities. The company provides comprehensive training and promotes from within. This will be P/T position thru 90 day training period .. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, with additional incentives. Paid holidays plus vaialbility of medical insurance and a 401(k), when qualiided are offered. Join a dynamic team and kickstart your career in sales.

- BS Degree in related field
- Computer program competent
Responsibilities
- Create / develop a business sales plan to secure new business
- Assist with marketing our business profile
- Assit with recruiting / onboarding candidates
- Build relationships with clients by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate matches between candidates and companies.
- Study staffing services to effectively sell to current and future clients.
