Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2252.16/week - Job Summary: Provide urgent care and critical support to emergency department patients as a Registered Nurse. Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities: Assess patients upon arrival to determine acuity level and prioritize care. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families regarding treatment procedures and discharge instructions. Qualifications: Hold a valid Massachusetts RN license. Possess a minimum of 2 years current Emergency Department experience. Complete Basic Dysrhythmia course prior to start. Maintain active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Demonstrate proficiency with Meditech Expanse or similar EHR systems.
