What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a busy, Level 3 Trauma facility with 32 beds
• Float between Berkshire Medical Center and North Adams Hospital based on scheduling needs
• Manage a diverse patient population including trauma, medical, and pediatric cases
• Collaborate with hospitalists and APPs to deliver smooth patient flow and care transitions
• Respond to codes and urgent situations when necessary, adhering to hospital protocols
• Document patient encounters accurately using Meditech EMR system
• Ensure timely responses to on-call responsibilities within 30 minutes, as required

What You Need

• Active medical license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work rotating night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
