We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team! This is a service-focused position — not a sales role — ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being an important part of the day-to-day operations of an office.

You’ll work directly with customers while supporting billing, account servicing, reporting, and general office operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Assist customers with billing and account questions
• Process policy changes and service requests
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Prepare and maintain reports and records
• Assist with light office management and administrative responsibilities
• Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
