Job Summary This role focuses on identifying employee relations issues and recommending best practices. The Manager leads functional projects, provides training to managers, and collaborates with teams to analyze business trends, aiming to enhance employee engagement and drive process improvements within the function. Key Responsibilities Identify issues and recommend best practices for employee relations. Lead functional projects and programs that enhance employee engagement. Provide training and support to managers on employee relations policies. Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and their impact on employee relations. Contribute to process improvements within the employee relations function. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation New York City, New York: $116,500.00 - $173,250.00 annually Hybrid Work Model 3 days in the office, 2 days remote or at the PayPal office.
