Job Summary The IT & E Staffing Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for developing new business and acquiring new accounts in the Los Angeles market through researching prospects and building relationships with their key decision-makers. Responsibilities Sales, research and development of new account opportunities through understanding local market needs, future projects and growth projections, using tactical selling techniques. Establish relationships with new account prospects to acquire business. Achieves and exceeds all key performance metrics. 55% Maintains client relationships and identifies growth opportunities within current clients by thoroughly understanding business needs through active communication. 20% Leading & Managing Recruiters: manages and collaborates with recruiters on recruiting techniques, key performance metrics and tactics to fulfill client requisitions; serves as point of contact for recruiters regarding client requisitions and informs them of the clients needs. 20% Documentation such as recording all sales activity in CRM. 5% KSAs A strong understanding of the local/regional business environment Excellent customer service and communication (oral and written) skills Excellent tactical skills, cold-calling capabilities, and a strong sales acumen Strong relationship building skills particularly with key decision-makers and C-level executives Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience and proven track record in IT & E Staffing sales Essential Functions Visual acuity (e.g., needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery) - Regular Manual Dexterity (e.g., picking, pinching, typing, or other work that uses the fingers) - Regular Hearing - Regular Repetitive motions of any part of the body - Regular Talking - Regular Capacity to think, concentrate and focus over long periods of time - Regular Ability to write complex documents in the English language - Regular Ability to read complex documents in English language - Regular Capacity to express thoughts orally (e.g., accurately, quick and loudly convey spoken instructions to workers) - Regular Capacity to reason and make sound decisions - Regular Other - Regular Compensation and Benefits In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $68,640 - $102,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
