About the Role

\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join an operations team supporting customer order fulfillment, inventory activities, and sales initiatives.

\n

The ideal candidate will have experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, retail, or inventory management and a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency. This role is well suited for someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Pick and check customer orders accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Follow packaging guidelines to ensure orders are prepared consistently and correctly.
\n
• Pack customer orders with attention to presentation and quality.
\n
• Prepare jewelry and other products for gift packaging, tagging, and restocking.
\n
• Support seasonal trunk show preparation, including product pulling and packing.
\n
• Assist with inbound and outbound picking and restocking of seasonal inventory and promotional packs.
\n
• Prepare shipping boxes and assemble gift packaging.
\n
• Open, organize, and process wholesale and e-commerce returns.
\n
• Assist with inventory organization and stock management.
\n
• Participate in seasonal and annual inventory counts.
\n
• Support other day-to-day operational and product-related projects as needed.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory, retail, or a similar environment is preferred.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
\n
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
\n
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
\n
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
\n

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, takes pride in accuracy and efficiency, and can reliably support daily fulfillment and inventory activities. Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is highly valued.
