About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Customer Success to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to retain and grow existing business. This role requires a leader who can design and execute operating plans for customer services and account management, with a focus on creating an exceptional customer experience and deepening client relationships. The VP will be tasked with meeting or exceeding key business and sales metrics, leading a proactive, customer-centric team, and driving operational efficiency. A strong background in account management, organizational leadership, and a proven track record of managing complex, high-value accounts is essential. To excel in this position, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), at least 10 years' of account management experience, and a minimum of 5 years' in organizational leadership. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of driving growth in a competitive business environment, excellent tactical execution skills, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining client relationships, influencing stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience in a virtual environment are preferred. The VP of Customer Success at the company will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and transformation, and as such, a strategic, self-directed, and analytical approach is required, along with the ability to travel as needed.
