Job Description
The Solar Sales Manager will lead a small sales team focused on residential clients, driving growth through strategic sales initiatives and direct management of sales representatives. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring team success within a local travel scope.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting residential clients
Manage and support a small team of sales representatives
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Prepare and analyze sales reports for performance tracking
Conduct training and development to enhance team skills
Ensure achievement of sales targets and goals
Deliver compelling sales presentations

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in solar sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong skills in sales strategy and customer relationship management (CRM)
Proven ability in lead generation and negotiation
Demonstrated team leadership and communication capabilities
Effective problem solving and time management skills
