What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
• Engage in clinical decision-making, patient management, and family education
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Collaborate effectively within a dynamic care team and assume clinical leadership roles
• Support ongoing professional development and mentorship programs, especially for new graduates

What You Need:

• NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• 2+ years of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience preferred, but open to new graduates
• Valid Michigan state license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care, teamwork, and communication skills
