Job Description Job Description Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2 Date Posted: 5/21/2026 Location: North Bucks, AL 36512 Immediate W2 contract position available in North Bucks, AL. Estimated Duration: 12+ months Job Description / Desired Qualifications: Promote and maintain a safe work environment. Processing, tracking, and coordinating the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports. Ensuring adherence to applicable Southern Company administrative, accounting and compliance procedures. Performing various administrative office duties including maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel arrangements, coordinating office relocations, creating, and tracking project correspondence and performing miscellaneous assignments as directed. Perform invoice reconciliation for plant PO's and on-site contractor maintenance. Various other administrative duties will be added to support the functional work of the site, may include but not limited to, procedure formatting & signature tracking, using Maximo, site meal logistics, word processing, OneDrive and SharePoint document maintenance, Excel and PowerPoint work, site meeting planning, agenda creation, TEAMS and other administrative functions to support work processes.
